The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Decline 9 November each year National Blood Donor Day.

ARTICLE 2 Invite the provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires to incorporate in their respective school calendars on 9 November as a day of reflection on the subject referred to in the previous article, as well as on the life and scientific contribution of Dr. Luis Agote.
