The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 Créase a federal court of first instance with seat in the city of San Francisco, province of Córdoba, which will operate with DOS (2) Secretariats, one with competence in criminal and correctional matters and the other with competence in civil, commercial, labor, social security and administrative content, respectively. ARTICLE 2 The federal court of San Francisco will have territorial jurisdiction over the department of San Justo in the province of Córdoba. ARTICLE 3 Modify the territorial competence of the Federal Court of Bell Ville, excluding the department of San Justo. ARTICLE 4 Créase UNA (1) prosecution of first instance and UNA (1) official public defender, who shall act before the federal court established by this law. ARTICLE 5° The charges of judges, court secretaries, prosecutor of first instance, official public defender and officials and employees detailed in Annex I are part of this Act. ARTICLE 6 The cases before the Federal Court of Bell Ville will continue to be brought before the Court until its final conclusion. ARTICLE 7 The Federal Court of Appeal of Cordoba shall exercise superintendence and shall be a court of appeal of the court established in article 1. ARTICLE 8 This law shall be implemented once the necessary budgetary provision is made for the attention of the expenditure required by its object, which shall be charged to the budgets of the Judiciary of the Nation, the Public Prosecutor ' s Office and the Public Ministry of Defence.Judges, officials and employees who are appointed in the posts established shall only take possession of them when the above-mentioned financial condition is given.
ARTICLE 9 The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, the Council of the Magistracy, the Procurator-General of the Nation and the Office of the Ombudsman shall provide, within their respective competences, the necessary for the installation of the Federal Court of San Francisco.
