LOCATION AND RESTITUTION OF CHILD SECUESTRADOS OR NACIDOS IN CAUTIVERIO Law 25.974 Trust in the field of the national legislative branch the Historical Reparation Fund for the Location and Restitution of Kidnapped or Born Children in Cautiverio in Argentina, aimed at resolving the costs required by the work of the Plaza Asociación Abuelas de Mayo. The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 The "Historical Reparation Fund for the Localization and Restitution of Kidnapped or Born Children in Cautiverio in Argentina" is established in the area of the national legislative branch, aimed at resolving the costs that demand the work of localization, identification and restitution carried out by the "Asociación Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo".

ARTICLE 2 The amount for the fund referred to in Article 1 shall amount to PESOS QUINCE MIL ($ 15,000) per month, and shall be granted by the term DOS (2) years.

ARTICLE 3 The funds allocated to the "Historical Reparation Fund for the Location and Restitution of Kidnapped or Born Children in Cautiverio in Argentina" will be charged with the approved annual credit and up to 0.1% assigned to the national legislative branch by the National Annual Budget Law.

ARTICLE 4 Within the TREINTA (30) days of the completion of the DOS period (2) years provided for in Article 2°, the "Association Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayo" must make public and for the knowledge of any citizen who requests it, the documentation of the Historical Archive, giving a copy of a copy of the same to be guarded by the National Legislative Power.
