The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 Amend the first paragraph of article 11 of Act 25.053, which shall read as follows:"The National Teaching Incentive Fund will distribute in respect of the 2002 Exercise an amount that will not be less than the seven hundred and twenty-six million pesos ($ 726,000.000.-) and in respect of the 2003 Exercise, the sum of seven hundred and fifty million pesos ($ 750.000.000.-)".
ARTICLE 2 Add as second paragraph of Article 11 of Law 25.053, the following:"For the periods 2002 and 2003 the fund of this law will be financed by the resources from the increase in the collection of the tax created by law 25,413, which occurs with respect to the Resource Calculation of Law 25,725 General Budget of the National Administration and its amendments. If differences remain to be funded, the fund will be completed with the resources corresponding to the same tax for the year 2004 until its total cancellation. These resources only include the part of the tax that, according to the terms of Article 3 of the aforementioned rule, enter the National Treasury and are administered by the national executive branch."
