VIEWS Act No. 25.737 Please note that executions aimed at the single housing are suspended. Exceptions. Sanctioned: May 8, 2003. Enacted: June 2, 2003.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Executions for the purpose of single housing are suspended for 90 days, regardless of the origin of the obligation.

Except for this provision, provisions of a food nature, liability for criminal offences, labour credits and liability.

ARTICLE 2 Contact the national executive branch.
