COOPERATIVAS Law 25,791 Amend Law No. 23,427 on the Fund for Cooperative Education and Promotion. Resources that will integrate such a fund. Sanctioned: October 15, 2003. Enacted: November 10, 2003.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Replace article 2 of Law 23,427 and its amendments to the fund for education and cooperative promotion, with the following:

Article 2: The Fund for Cooperative Education and Promotion shall be integrated with the following resources:

(a) With the specific budget allocations allocated by the budget law of each year to the National Institute of Association and Social Economy (INAES);

(b) With the resources of the special contribution provided for in Title II of the present Law which correspond to the Nation in accordance with article 23 (a) and last paragraph;

(c) With the sums that cooperatives donate from the cooperative education and training fund provided for in article 42, paragraph 3, of Law 20,337;

(d) The proceeds of fines, interests, refunds and other income resulting from the administration of the fund.

ARTICLE 2 Amend article 23 of Law 23,427 in its last paragraph, which shall read as follows:

The increase in the collection of the special contribution resulting from the increase in the rate from 1 per cent to 2 per cent will be allocated to the fund provided for in article 2 of this Act.
