The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 Please extend to three (3) years the time limit set out in article 33 of Act No. 21.499 to promote the trial of expropriation in relation, only and exclusively, to the declaration of public utility and subject to expropriation provided for in Act No. 25.549. ARTICLE 2 Replace section 2 of Act No. 25.549 with the following:Article 2: The Executive Power shall have the transfer of the lands listed in Article 3 of Law No. 25.549 to the authority of application NacionalInstituto Nacional de Asuntos indígenas. (INAI) for its award in community property to the Indigenous People's Community Wichi "Hoktek Toudoi", with legal personry registered by Resolution No. 2166-SDSPN-96, with seat in km. 18 (Ruta 86), Lapacho Mocho, Tartagal, Salta, under articles 3 and 12 of Act No. 23,302.
Article 3 Replace article 3 of Act No. 25.549 with the following:Article 3: The expropriated land corresponds to the property called Lapacho Mocho, located at kilometer 18 (Ruta 86), Tartagal, Department of San Martín, Salta Province, on an area of 2936 hectares identified as Matrix 17.564, Tuition 17.569, Tuition 17.570 and Tuition 17.571.
ARTICLE 4 Replace article 4 of Act No. 25.549 with the following:Article 4: The expropriation of the land specified in Article 3 of this Law shall be compensated with charge to General Revenues of the Budget of Expenditures and Resources of the National Administration for the year 2003.
ARTICLE 5o Replace section 5 of Act No. 25.549 with the following:Article 5: The Ministry of Social Development, through the National Institute for Indigenous Affairs .INAI., will fully understand the implementation and implementation of this law.
