INDEMNIZATIONS Law 25.814 Provide a new time-frame for the benefits established by the Nros Laws. 24.043 and 24.411 on Forced Disappearance of Persons. Sanctioned: November 5, 2003. Enacted: November 28, 2003.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Please provide a new period of UN (1) year, starting from the publication in the Official Gazette of this Law, to take advantage of the benefits established by Laws 24.043 and 24.411, their supplements and amendments, and submit the request required by them. ARTICLE 2 The national executive branch shall include in the draft comprehensive budget law of the national administration for the year 2004 the necessary provision for the payment of the emerging benefits of the aforementioned laws. Article 3 Contact the national executive branch.

IN THE SESSION OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN GOOD AIRES, TO THE DIASS OF THE MONTH OF NOVEMBRE DE DOS MIL TRES.
