The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 The National University of the Northwest of the Province of Buenos Aires .UNNOBA., headquartered in the city of Junín, party of Junín, province of Buenos Aires, is the seat of its central authorities, which will be subject to the legal regime applicable to national universities. ARTICLE 2 The University will also be based in the city of Pergamino, Buenos Aires province, and may also establish agencies or units in other parts of the area of influence. ARTICLE 3 The executive branch is empowered to manage and accept from the Government of the Province of Buenos Aires, the municipalities within its regional and/or public and private institutions, the cession of movable and immovable property that will constitute the heritage of the National University of the Northwest of the province of Buenos Aires .UNNOBA.. ARTICLE 4 The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology shall have the appointment of a Rector-organizer who shall have the powers conferred by article 49 of Law 24.521, and shall remain in office until the authorities are elected to establish the future statute of the National University of the Northwest of the Province of Buenos Aires .UNNOBA.. ARTICLE 5° The expenses that demand the implementation of this law will be met with the specific provision of credit for the national universities, to be determined by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, until the inclusion of the National University of the Northwest of the Province of Buenos Aires .UNNOBA., in the Budget Law and other resources that enter for any degree. ARTICLE 6 This law repeals all laws that are opposed to it. ARTICLE 7 Transitory clause: The legal relations arising under Decree 2617/02 will remain valid and will not be revised, after the publication of this law created by the National University of the Northwest of the Province of Buenos Aires .UNNOBA..
