ARTICLE 1 . According to the provisions of Laws 12.665 and 24.252, describe the national historical monument to the building that was the Ministry of Public Works and Services, located in the apple located between the avenues July Nine, Belgrano and the streets Moreno and Lima of the Federal Capital.
