The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 de Transfer to the City of Salta, the domain of the property owned by the national state, located in the City of Salta, identified as Department 01-Capital, Section A, Apple 12, Tuition 139.112. ARTICLE 2 . The transfer is carried out with the charge of being intended exclusively for green space, for recreational and recreational purposes. Article 3 . The expenses that demand the transfer will be charged by the Municipality of the city of Salta. ARTICLE 4 Contact the Executive.
