CODIGO ENAL Law 25.601 Crimes against life. Incorporation of subparagraph 8 to article 80.

Sanctioned: May 23, 2002.

Promulgated: June 10, 2002.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Incorporate as article 80, paragraph 8, of the Criminal Code, the following:

"8°. . A member of the public security, police or prison forces, for their role, position or condition. "

ARTICLE 2 Contact the Executive.

IN THE SESSION OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN GOOD AIRES, TO THE VEINTS DAYS OF THE MONTH OF THE YEAR DOS MIL DOS.
