The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Deplore the national historical monument the house where part of her childhood was spent by the humble doña María Eva Duarte de Perón, where she spent the first years of her life, located in the city of Los Toldos, party of General Viamonte, province of Buenos Aires. ARTICLE 2 The aforementioned house is located in the street France S/N of the city of Los Toldos, party of General Viamonte, province of Buenos Aires, in the property designated catastrally as: section B, apple 136, plot 6; and, in accordance with the suggestion of the National Commission of Museums and of Monuments and Historic Places and to preserve the urban landscape of Los Toldos, it extends to the plots 8 Article 3 Contact the Executive.
