The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

Prohibition of the extension of the bond in the premises contracts ARTICLE 1o Incorporate as an article

1582 bis of the Civil Code:

The obligation of the fiator automatically ceases by the expiration of the term of the location except that derived from the non-restitution in due time of the locquered property.

The express consent of the trustee is required to be bound in the express or tacit renewal or extension of the location contract, once it has been concluded.

Any advance provision that extends the bond shall be null and void, be it simple, supportive as a coder or principal payer, of the original location contract. .
