ARTICLE 1 Default of article 39 of Act No. 24,938. ARTICLE 2 Replace article 1 of Law 24.515 with the following:Article 1 . The National Institute against Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism (INADI) is established as a decentralized entity within the national executive branch.
Article 3 : Replace article 16 (a) of Law 24.515 with the following:Article 16. ArtÃculo INADI resources will be integrated with:
(a) The items allocated to it in the General Budget of the Nation.
ARTICLE 4 Until the first INADI Budget is approved as a decentralised agency, the erogations necessary for the development of the INADI will be dealt with under the budget headings of the 30-Ministry of the Interior Jurisdiction. ARTICLE 5o Within thirty (30) days of the publication of this law, INADI shall send to the Ministry of Economy its first Annual Budget of Expenses and Resource Calculation. ARTICLE 6 Within the ninety-nine (90) days of the publication of this law, the organizational structure of INADI should be approved.
