NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL SERVICES FOR JUBILADOS AND PENSIONS Law 25.508 Authorize the Chief of Staff of Ministers to carry out the corresponding budgetary adjustments in order to transfer to the said Institute a certain amount in the form of National Treasury Contribution.

Sanctioned: November 14, 2001.

Promulgated: December 6, 2001.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Authorize the Chief of Staff of Ministers to carry out the corresponding budgetary adjustments in order to transfer to the National Institute of Social Services for Retired and Pensioned the sum of 160,400,000 pesos for National Treasury Sport, to cover the fall of the collection and to allow the operation and payment of the medical and social benefits provided by the Institute. ARTICLE 2 Contact the Executive.
