The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 Trust the Federal Court of First Instance with seat in the city of Quilmes, Buenos Aires province. ARTICLE 2 The Federal Court of First Instance of Quilmes will have OCHO (8) Secretariats, DOS (2) of them with competence in the Civil, Commercial, Labour and Administrative Disputes, CUATRO (4) with jurisdiction in the Criminal and Correctional, and the remaining DOS (2), with specific competence in the field of tax executions. (Article replaced by Article 1 of the Act No. 26.213 B.O. 23/1/2007) Article 3 It will have competition over Avellaneda, Berazategui, Florencio Varela and Quilmes matches. ARTICLE 4 The Federal Appeals Chamber of La Plata will be the High Court of the Court established by this law. ARTICLE 5o Créase UNA (1) Prosecution of First Instance, which shall act before the Federal Court of First Instance of Quilmes; counting with THREE (3) Secretariats, UNA (1) of them with competence in the Civil, Commercial, Labour and Administrative Disputes, another with jurisdiction in the Criminal and Correctional fields and the remaining with specific competence in the field of tax executions.Créase UNA (1) defender of Minors and Incapaces, who will act before the Federal Court of First Instance of Quilmes; counting on UNA (1) Secretariat.
(Article replaced by Article 2 of the Act No. 26.213 B.O. 23/1/2007) ARTICLE 6 The cases before the current Federal Magistrates ' Courts in La Plata will continue to be brought before those judicial bodies until their complete termination, except as expressed otherwise by the parties. ARTICLE 7 Modify the territorial competence of the Federal Courts of First Instance of La Plata, province of Buenos Aires, of which the parties of Avellaneda, Berazategui, Florencio Varela and Quilmes are excluded. ARTICLE 8 Refer to the positions of Judge, Registrars of the Court, Prosecutor of First Instance, Public Defender and officials and employees referred to in Annex I as part of this Act. Article 9 The establishment of the bodies established by this Act shall be carried out to the extent that the budgetary provisions necessary for the care of this purpose are available, the expenditure must be charged to the Budget of the Judiciary of the Nation, the Public Prosecutor ' s Office and the Public Ministry of Defence, as appropriate.Judges, officials and employees who are appointed in the posts established shall only take possession of them when the above-mentioned financial condition is given.
