The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 Determine of public utility and subject to expropriation with their respective water rights, the lands of Lapacho Mocho, department San Martín, province of Salta, defined in article 3 of this law, with all that is planted and adhered to, in accordance with the terms of article 8 of Law 23,302, articles 11 and 14 of Law 14, 16 and 17 of Law 24.071 of the National Convention.
