INMUEBLES Law 25.549 Determin public utility and subject to expropriation with their respective rights of water, the lands of Lapacho Mocho, department San Martín, province of Salta, which will be awarded in community property to the Indigenous Community of the Wichi Hoktek T贸oi People.

Sanctioned: November 28, 2001.

Enacted: December 27, 2001.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 Determine of public utility and subject to expropriation with their respective water rights, the lands of Lapacho Mocho, department San Martín, province of Salta, defined in article 3 of this law, with all that is planted and adhered to, in accordance with the terms of article 8 of Law 23,302, articles 11 and 14 of Law 14, 16 and 17 of Law 24.071 of the National Convention. ARTICLE 2 The executive branch shall have the transfer of the land, to the authority of application, Social Development Secretariat of the Presidency of the Nation, through its National Institute of Indigenous Affairs, in accordance with Law 23.302, which shall award in community property the Indigenous Community of the People Wichi Hoktek T贸oi with legal personería registered by resolution 2166 SSDSPN, 96, with seat in km. 18 (ruta 86) ARTICLE 3 The expropriated lands correspond to the property called Lapacho Mocho, located in the km. 18 (ruta 86), Tartagal, department San Martín, province of Salta, on an area of 2,936 hectares, of Juan Martín Allende, Domingo Giménez or those who result in their legitimate owners, according to the following detail:

Ascending the tax valuation of expropriated properties to the sum of $265,367,59.

ARTICLE 4 The expropriation of the land specified in article 3 of this law shall be compensated with charge to General Rentes of the 2000 budget. ARTICLE 5° The Social Development Secretariat of the Presidency of the Nation, through its relevant body, shall fully understand the implementation and implementation of this law in accordance with the provisions of Acts 23,302, 24.071, article 75, paragraph 17 of the National Constitution.
