ARTICLE 1 Trust in the field of the national executive branch a commission for the study and optimization of the Industrial Complex Military Manufactures in order to promote the production for the Defense in the Argentine Republic.In the end of 90 (ninety) days, a comprehensive programme of production for the National Defence should be developed.
ARTICLE 2 The ad hoc commission shall consist of representatives of the Ministries of Defence, Interior and Economics. Article 3 Recommend to the Commission the conservation and promotion of the sources of work. ARTICLE 4 Until the commission is issued, it will not be innovated with respect to the situation of the staff, except with regard to managerial and/or executive positions, whose headlines may be removed and/or replaced.
