The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 Replace article 1 of Act No. 25.012 with the following:Article 1 UN Believe UN (1) FEDERAL JUGADO DE FIRST INSTANCIA IN THE CRIMINAL AND CORRECCIONAL, with a seat in the party of THREE FEBRUARY, PROVINCIA OF GOOD AIRES. This court will have the same territorial jurisdiction as the FEDERAL JUZGADOS DE FIRST INSTANCIA IN CRIMINAL AND CORRECCIONAL, with a seat in the city of San Martín, Province of Buenos Aires and will operate with TRES (3) Secretaries.
ARTICLE 2 Article 2 of Act No. 25.012. Article 3 Replace article 3 of Act No. 25.012 with the following:Article 3 . Créase UNA (1) Prosecutor ' s Office and UNA (1) Official Public Defender ' s Office, which shall be headed by the Public Prosecutor ' s Office and the Defence respectively.
ARTICLE 4 Replace article 4 of Act No. 25.012 with the following:Article 4° UN Créase UNA (1) Assistant Prosecutor ' s Office of the General Procurator ' s Office of the Public Prosecutor ' s Office, whose prosecutor shall receive orders and be subordinated to the head of the Public Prosecutor ' s Office.
ARTICLE 5° Replace section 5 of Act No. 25.012 with the following:Article 5 . Créase UNA (1) Assistant Office of the General DEFENSORIA OF THE NATION, whose defender will receive orders and be subordinate to the head of the Office of the Ombudsman.
ARTICLE 6 Replace section 6 of Act No. 25.012 with the following:Article 6 La The Official Public Defender shall act with a Secretariat.
ARTICLE 7 Incorporate as Article 7° bis of Law 25.012, the following:Article 7° bis s Please refer to the positions of Judge, Registrars of the Court, Prosecutor, Assistant Prosecutor of the General Procurator of the NATION, Official Public Defender, Assistant Ombudsman of the General DEFENSORIA OF THE NATION, Secretary of the Public Defender's Office and of the officials and employees referred to in Annexes I, II and III that are part of this Act and replace the Annex 25.012.
ARTICLE 8° O Incorporate as article 7° ter of Law 25.012, the following:Article 7° ter . In the event of a recusal, apprehension, impairment, waiver or leave of the holder of the court established by the present law, the judge shall be subject to the nearest court of the jurisdiction of the Chamber to which the judge is not competent; and, in his absence, to the judgments of that court.
ARTICLE 9° O Contact the national executive branch.IN THE SESSION OF THE ARGENTINE CONGRESS, IN GOOD AIRES, TO THE TWO MONTHS OF THE OCTOBER YEAR.
