INMUEBLES Ley 25.328 Transfer to the Municipality of Olegario Víctor Andrade, Depto. L. N. Alem de la Provincia de Misiones, a property owned by the National State, for the operation of a Health Centre

Sanctioned: October 5, 2000.

Enacted: November 9, 2000.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

ARTICLE 1 . Transfer to the Municipality of Olegario Víctor Andrade, Department Leandro N. Alem de la Provincia de Misiones the property of the national state determined as Lote C Manzana 39 of the village of Olegario Víctor Andrade. Identified according to Nomenclature Catastral as Department 11 Municipality 56 Section 06 Chacra 000 Manzana 042 Plot I of 3.313 m2 of surface. ARTICLE 2 La The transfer of the property is made to the Municipality of Olegario Víctor Andrade to be intended for the operation of a Health Center. Article 3 . Contact the national executive branch.
