ANNTICAL JUBILATION REGIME OF STATE AGENTS
ARTICLE 1 The workers in relation to the National Civil Service, their distributions and centralized, decentralized or auto-archic bodies or State enterprises, anonymous companies with majority state participation, joint-economic societies, special accounts services, social works of the public sector, enterprises privatized by the effect of Law 23,696, non-State entities disbanded by Decree 2284/91 of 31 October 1991 ARTICLE 2 For workers listed in Article 1 of this Law, an anticipated regular retirement is established consisting of a monthly equivalent to the sum of UNA and MEDIA (1 and 1/2) Universal Basic Benefits (PBU), any remuneration or years of services exceeding TREINTA (30) with contributions. Advance retirement shall be paid to the date on which the person concerned meets the requirements for access to the benefits provided for in Act No. 24,241, at which time the person concerned shall be reliquated with the provisions of the general regime. ARTICLE 3 For the purposes of the application of this special regime only the remuneration and the years of services prior to the date of the cessation established in article 1 shall be computed. The calculation of post-date services or the determination of the years of contribution or the determination of the existence of the benefit shall not be allowed, nor shall they be an obstacle to obtaining the benefits set out in this law, nor shall the debts derived from them. ARTICLE 4 The right to this benefit shall be set as of 1 January 2001, not recognizing for payment of any period prior to that date or retroactive prior to the date of the application. ARTICLE 5° The benefit provided for in article 2 of this Act may be accessed by the agents established in article 1 of the Act, who do not enjoy retirement, retirement or non-contributory pension, or are not performing paid duties in relation to dependency or autonomously.
