PAPEL FOR DIARY
Article 1- Sections 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 27, 40 and 41 of the Act are repealed.
Art. 2°- Please note that, in the framework of the powers accorded to the national executive branch through articles 664 and concordants of the law 22.415 (Customs Code) and its amendments, the import duties of the pulp paper for the daily newspaper and the paper of the daily newspapers that govern at present and which are set at zero per cent (0%).
Art. 3°- Press S.A. can offer discounts, benefits and/or promotions on the reference price under the purchase volume. Paper Press S.A. cannot offer different discounts to buyers who acquire similar volumes.
Art. 4°- Press Paper S.A. may establish prices higher than the paid reference price when granting payment periods. The financing will not be able to establish higher reference rates than those paid, with similar financing, the shareholders of Paper Prensa S.A.
Art. 5°- Contact the national executive branch.
