_ Law 27502 Act No. 26052 and Act No. 23737. Modifications. The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force
Law:
Article 1 - Replace Article 3 of Law 26.052 with the following:
Article 3: Without prejudice to the provisions of article 34 of Act No. 23,737 and its amendments, federal justice shall be known when the case has subjective and/or objective connection with another substance in that jurisdiction.
When a contest of competence is generated, the investigation shall be conducted by the federal courts until such matter is resolved.
Article 2 - Incorporate as article 34 ter of Law 23.737 and its amendments, the following:
Article 34 ter: Belief in each jurisdiction that has exercised the option referred to in Article 34 of this Law, a table for the exchange of information that is composed of the Federal Judges, the representatives of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Nation, the Provincial Prosecutors and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and/or the Provincial Judges, who are responsible for investigations for infringement of Law 23,737 and its amendments and penalties. In this area, criminal policy criteria will be exchanged around investigations and all information related to ongoing cases and investigations will be shared.
