NATIONAL EMERGENCY Law 27503 Chain of production of pears and apples. Extension. The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force
Law:
Article 1- Protract for the term of three hundred sixty-five (365) days the economic, productive, financial and social emergency to the production chain of pears and apples of the provinces of Neuquén, Río Negro, Mendoza, San Juan and La Pampa, declared by law 27,354 and its modifications, from the expiry provided for in Decree No. 517 of 11 June 2018.
Art. 2°- Replace the second paragraph of article 2° bis of Law 27,354 and its amendments, with the following:
“The Federal Public Income Administration (AFIP) will formulate agreements on payment facilities for the timely cancellation of the obligations referred to in the present, on the basis of the special regimes available. The agreements on payment facilities that are implemented will comprise a rate of interest up to one per cent (1%) per month and will cover the obligations that are devented until 31 May of the year in which the emergency ends. ”
Art. 3°- Please refer to the National Executive Branch to extend the validity of Act No. 27,354 and its amendments on the basis of the expiry provided for in the present Act.
