Law:
Article 1 — Provide a new time-frame for implementation, beginning on 1 January 2020 and until 31 December 2021, of the National Programme for the Voluntary Delivery of Firearms, created by law 26,216, extended by decree 560 dated 3 April 2008, and by laws 26,520, 26,644, 26,792, 26,929, 27,286 and 27,415.
