MODIFICATION LEY 26,912 ‘JURITIC REGIME FOR PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF DOPAJE IN DEPORTATION’
ARTICLE 1. Replace article 79 of chapter I of Title IV of Law 26,912 and its amendment, with the following:
Article 79: The National Antidoping Commission shall act within the scope of the MINISTERY OF TOURISM AND DEPORTS or in the agency that replaces it in the future.
