NATIONAL PARKS AND RESERVES Law 27481 Creation. The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force
Law:
Article 1 Accept the cession of the eminent domain and jurisdiction of the province of Corrientes to the national State through provincial law 6384 (Official Gazette of the province of Corrientes of 09/09/2016), on the lands whose adremas and limits are described in Annex I, which is part of this law.
Art. 2°- In compliance with the position established in article 3 of the law of the province of Corrientes 6,384 and meet the requirements provided for by national law 22,351 – Legal Regime of National Parks, Natural Monuments and National Reserves – believe the Iberá National Park according to the terms of that law, which will be made up of those lands referred to in Article 1 that are specified in Annex II of the present Law, approximately seven thousand hectares.
Art 3°- Créase la Reserva Nacional Iberá, en los términos de la ley 22.351 –Régimen Legal de los Parques Nacionals, Monumentos Naturales y Reservas Nacional – la que será conformada por aquellos tierras descriptas en el artículo 1 que se specifyn en el Annex III de la presente ley, y que representa una superficie aproximada de twentytrés thousand hectares (23,000 hectares).
Art. 4°- Accept the resolution provided for in article 4 of the law of the province of Corrientes 6.384.
Art. 5°- Instruct the Administration of National Parks to comply with Article 5 of the law of the province of Corrientes 6.384, it is established that the centers of interpretation, attention to the visitor and hotels projected for the category National Park of the Iberá National Park will be located in the nearest municipal ejido.
Art. 6°- The erogations that demand compliance with this law shall be carried out by the national State, which shall be imposed on the General Budget of the National Administration - Administration of National Parks.
Art. 7o- Contact the national executive branch.
