INMUEBLES Law 27479 Transfer. The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force
Law:
Article 1 Please transfer to the province of Jujuy the domain of the properties owned by the national State, which are categorically identified as:
1. Enrolment A-10053- 1488, Department Dr. Manuel Belgrano, Calle Sarmiento N°360/364, Ciudad San Salvador de Jujuy, Manzana 44, Lote 27, Padrón A-1488, with an area of 300 m2.
2. Enrolment A-28013-312, Department Dr. Manuel Belgrano, Calle Alvear 534 de la Ciudad de San Salvador de Jujuy, Manzana 44, Lotes 21 and 18, Padrón A-312, with an approximate surface of 920 m2.
Art. 2°- The transfer provided for in the previous article is carried out by the beneficiary of the property to the site of the Provincial Museum of Fine Arts or other artistic destination.
Art. 3°- A period of ten (10) years is set for the fulfilment of the provisions of the previous article; which, without the mediating observance, will proceed to the retrocession of the domain of this transfer of full law.
Art. 4°- The expenses required by the present shall be borne by the beneficiary.
