Law:
ARTICLE 1 — Créase the National University of Rafaela - Argentina, with headquarters in Rafaela, province of Santa Fe, being that city, the place of seat of its Central authorities.
ARTICLE 2 The national executive branch is empowered to manage and accept from public and private institutions, the cession of movable and immovable property that will constitute the heritage of the National University of Rafaela - Argentina.
ARTICLE 3 — The Ministry of Education shall designate an organizer who shall have the powers conferred by article 49 of Law 24.521, and shall remain in office until the authorities established by the future National University of Rafaela - Argentina are elected.
ARTICLE 4 The expenses that demand the implementation of this law will be met with the specific provision of credit for national universities determined by the Ministry of Education, until the inclusion of the National University of Rafaela - Argentina, in the budget law and other resources that enter by any degree.
