Law:
ARTICLE 1 — Transfer to the National University of Moreno free of charge, the domain of the following properties owned by the Argentine National State located:
(a) At Av. Bartolomé Mitre 1891 of the party of Moreno, province of Buenos Aires, according to plan No. 074-245-2012, approved by the Directorate of Geodesy of the Ministry of Infrastructure of the province of Buenos Aires, designated as Parcela Rural No. 1679 and with an area of 160,597.24 m2.
(b) Between the streets: Col. Dorrego, Int. Corvalán and V. López y Planes s/n° of the party of Moreno, province of Buenos Aires, according to plan No. 074-245-2012, approved by the Directorate of Geodesy of the Ministry of Infrastructure of the province of Buenos Aires, designated as Plot 1 of Fraction I Section A of Circumscription I, and with an area of 43.160,23 m2.
ARTICLE 2 The willing transfer includes all buildings, supplementary facilities and buildings by accession located in the properties subject to this law.
ARTICLE 3 — The transfer is made from the fact that the beneficiary will discard the property to the operation of the National University of Moreno, whose objective is to promote socially, economically and culturally to the seating area of the University and its area of influence.
ARTICLE 4 The General Government of the Nation will proceed with the necessary writing and registration procedures that demand the implementation of this law.
ARTICLE 5 — The expenses required by this transfer will be exclusively charged by the National University of Moreno.
