Law:
ARTICLE 1 — Introduce yourself on January 23, every year as the National Day of Music, in commemoration of the birth of the talented composer and musical interpreter, Luis Alberto Spinetta.
ARTICLE 2 Please inform the national executive branch to take the necessary measures to implement specific activities related to the commemoration of the National Day of Music and to make the highest dissemination of these activities through the official communication mechanisms.
ARTICLE 3 — Please refer to the national executive branch to adopt the relevant mechanisms to publish on paper the most important musical, authoral and compositive works of Luis Alberto Spinetta in order to be distributed in the institutions it deems appropriate.
ARTICLE 4 Invite the provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires to carry out activities in the different areas of their competence, in the same way as that established in Article 2 of this Law.
ARTICLE 5 — Contact the national executive branch.
