Law:
ARTICLE 1 — Apply to the cession of jurisdiction and dominion, for the creation of the Patagonia National Park, carried out by the province of Santa Cruz to the national state by provincial law 3,306, sanctioned on 14 March 2013 by the Honorable Chamber of Deputies of the province of Santa Cruz and partially promulgated by decree 346/2013 of 12 April 2013, for the latter, through the Administration of National Parks, to exercise the competences provided for in Law 22.3
ARTICLE 2 Accept the cession of jurisdiction by the province of Santa Cruz to the national state through provincial law 3,306 and partially promulgated by decree 346/2013 of 12 April 2013, for the creation of the Patagonia National Park, so that it, through the National Parks Administration, will exercise the competences provided for in Law 22,351 — Legal Regime of National Parks, Natural Monuments and National Reserves — on the total private domain of the
ARTICLE 3 — In compliance with the position established in article 3 of the law of the province of Santa Cruz 3,306, and meeting the requirements provided for in articles 1 and 3rd and concordants of the national law 22,351 — Legal Regime of National Parks, Natural Monuments and National Reserves — créase the Patagonia National Park, of approximately fifty-two thousand eight hundred hectares (52,811 acres), the one that will understand.
ARTICLE 4 Accept the resolutory condition provided for in Article 4 of the law of the province of Santa Cruz 3.306, which establishes the automatic retrocession of the dominial cession, for the case of any modification of the law 22.351 — Legal Regime of the National Parks, Natural Monuments and National Reserves — that implies partial or total exclusion of the national public domain of the areas whose domain has been ceded and/or
ARTICLE 5 — Apply the following charges under article 5 (b), (c) and (d) of the law of the province of Santa Cruz 3,306 in accordance with article 1 of provincial decree 346/2013:
(b) To effect the administrative messure of the assigned areas and to register the respective plans within three (3) years of sanctioning the law of creation of the Patagonia National Park;
(c) To install the wire that is necessary to prevent the entry of domestic animals in the protected area;
(d) Promote appropriate management actions to protect native flora and fauna, especially the Tubian pot (Podiceps gallardoi).
ARTICLE 6 The Administration of National Parks shall perform, through the respective messure carried out by professionals with responsibility in agrimensura, the acts of uprising plots, which determine in the field the outer limits of the Patagonia National Park, being empowered to register the areas given in the Register of the Property of the province of Santa Cruz, pursuant to article 1,810 of the Civil Code.
ARTICLE 7 The erogations that demand compliance with this law shall be carried out by the national State, which shall be imposed on the General Budget of the National Administration - Administration of National Parks.
