Law:
ARTICLE 1 — Deplore national hero to General Post-Mertem Don Andrés Guacurarí also known as Commander Andresito or Andresito Artigas, as tribute and historical reparation for his contribution to the epic of the emancipation of the American continent.
ARTICLE 2 National headquarters for the commemoration of the battle of Apostles the historic site, located in the city of Apostles, province of Misiones, and set up on the 2nd of July of each year as the Day of Conmemoration and Remembrance of Don Andrés Guacurarí.
ARTICLE 3 — The national executive branch will have the activities of dissemination and advertising of the libertarian epopeia of Don Andrés Guacurarí.
ARTICLE 4 Incorporate on July 2 as the Day of Commemoration and Remembrance of Don Andrés Guacurarí, in the calendar of official events and commemorations of the Nation.
ARTICLE 5 — Incorporate on July 2 as the Day of Commemoration and Remembrance of Don Andrés Guacurarí, to the school calendar.
ARTICLE 6 Commend the Ministry of Education of the Nation, through the Federal Council of Education and the educational authorities of the different jurisdictions, to agree on the incorporation of the curricular contents of the educational system, in their different levels and modalities, the dissemination and study of the libertarian epopeya of Don Andrés Guacurarí.
ARTICLE 7 - Invite the provinces and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires to accede to this law.
ARTICLE 8 — Contact the national executive branch.
