ARTICLE 1 — Approve the Convention between the Argentine Republic and the Republic of Colombia on the Prevention of the Illicit Appropriation, Import, Export and Transfer of Cultural Property, signed in the Republic of Colombia on 20 September 2012, which consists of thirteen (13) articles and one (1) annex, whose authenticated copy, in Spanish, is part of the present law.
