Law:
ARTICLE 1 — Take the name of “Carlos Alberto Davit” to the bridge located in the km. 679.41 of National Route 3, in the vicinity of the city of Bahía Blanca, province of Buenos Aires.
ARTICLE 2° — Disposed the installation on the aforementioned bridge of a record plate, which will have the following text:
“Here he was killed, by State terrorism, Carlos Alberto Davit on November 19, 1975. We reaffirm, as a tribute to your memory, our conviction of an inclusive struggle for democracy, freedom and dignity of the Argentine people. ” ARTICLE 3° — Please inform Mr. Admin General of Viality to carry out all necessary administrative and legal proceedings in order to comply with the provisions of the preceding articles.
