ARTICLE 1 — Appropriate the Convention between the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC and the GREAT YAMAHIRIA ARABE LIBIA POPULAR SOCIALIST IN THE AREA OF SANITY ANIMAL, signed in Buenos Aires, REPUBLICA ARGENTINA, on 16 March 2007, which consists of TRECE (13) articles, whose photocopies authenticated in the Spanish and English languages are part of this law.
ARTICLE 2° — Contact the national executive branch.
