Law:
ARTICLE 1 — Approve the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Argentine Republic and the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela on Scholarships, held in the city of Caracas, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, on 1 December 2011, which consists of ten (10) articles, whose authenticated photocopy is part of this law.
