Law:

ARTICLE 1 — Appropriate the CONSTITUTION OF THE POSTAL UNION OF AMERICAS, SPAIN AND PORTUGAL and the NOVENT PROTOCOL ADICIONAL TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE POSTAL UNION OF AMERICAS, SPAIN AND PORTUGAL, adopted in Santiago - REPUBLIC OF CHILE - on August 21, 2009, which contains articles

ARTICLE 2 Contact the national executive branch.
