To give constitutional hierarchy to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force

Law:

ARTICLE 1 — It had a constitutional hierarchy under article 75, paragraph 22 of the National Constitution, to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

ARTICLE 2 Contact the national executive branch.
