ARTICLE 1 — Appropriate the agreement between the Government of the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC and the Government of the ISRAEL STATE on cooperation in the field of TELECOMMUNICATIONS, POSTAL SERVICES AND SECURITY OF INFORMATION AND REDES, signed in the city of Jerusalem, on 4 April 2011, which consists of twenty Spanish articles (20)
