ARTICLE 1 — Approval of the Convention between the ARGENTINA REPUBLIC and the SPAIN KING FOR DOUBLE IMPOSITION AND PREVENTION THE FISCAL EVASION IN MATERIA OF IMPESTES ON THE RENTA AND ON THE PATRIMONY, signed in Buenos Aires on March 11, 2013, which consists of VEINTINUEVEY (29)
