ARTICLE 1 — Authorize the entry of foreign troops to the national territory and the departure from it of national forces, as appropriate, to participate in the programme of exercises combined from 1 September 2013 to 31 August 2014, in accordance with the information detailed in Annexes I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII, XIV, XVI, XVI, XVII, XVIII, XX, XXII, XXII, XXI
ARTICLE 2° — Contact the national executive branch.
