The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 - Replace article 132 of the Criminal Code with the following:
Article 132: In the offences provided for in articles 119: 1; 2; 3; 120; 1 paragraph; and 130 the victim may initiate the exercise of public criminal proceedings with the advice or representation of official or private non-profit institutions for the protection or assistance of victims.
ARTICLE 2° - Contact the National Executive.
