ARTICLE 1 — Ratifícase the transfer to the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires of the Services of Subterranean Transport and Premeter arranged under the Nros Laws. 23.696y 24.588 and its amendments and Nros Decrees. 2608 of 22 December 1993, 1527 of 29 August 1994 and 393 of 21 April 1999, which was accepted by the Government of the City through Law 373 passed on 11 May 2000 and ratified through the Act of the Agreement held on 3 January 2012 between the National State and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
ARTICLE 2 — It is up to the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires to exclusively exercise the competence and control of public services of transport of passengers, at the underground level and premise; of motor and tram transport whose benefit corresponds to the territory of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
ARTICLE 3o — Please note that the completion of the transfer process referred to in Article 1 of this Act shall be carried out within the time limit provided for in Article 5 of the Act of 3 January 2012.
