ARTICLE 1 — Determine public utility and subject to expropriation, for the National Directorate of the National Registry of Persons, under the Ministry of the Interior, the property of the firm Mojacar S.A., located in the predio located in calle Montesquieu 443, corner Dr. Pedro Chutro 2780/86/90, registration 2-7942, Catalan nomenclature: circumscription 2, section 24, block 34, plot 6e, of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, whose messure corresponds to the plane characterized M-304-2008 before the Directorate of Catastro of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires on 26 November 2009.
ARTICLE 2 — The General Government of the Nation will proceed with the necessary registration procedures.
ARTICLE 3o — The price of the property subject to expropriation shall be determined in accordance with article 13 of Law 21.499.
ARTICLE 4o — Please provide the Chief of Staff of Ministers with the necessary budgetary adjustments in order to comply with the above provisions.
