JUDICAL DEPOSITS LAW OF NATIONAL AND FEDERAL TRIBUNAL

The judicial deposits of the national and federal courts throughout the country will be made at the Bank of the Argentine Nation. Laws No. 20,785 and No. 21,799 are amended. Act No. 16,869.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:

JUDICAL DEPOSITS OF NATIONAL AND FEDERAL TRIBUNALS

ARTICLE 1 — The judicial deposits of national and federal courts throughout the country shall be made at the Bank of the Argentine Nation from the entry into force of this law.

The judicial deposits of the national and federal courts that have been deposited with the Buenos Aires City Bank will continue in the National and Federal Courts until the extinction of cases that gave rise to it and as belonging to it.

In cases before the national and federal courts which, upon the date of entry into force of this law, have open accounts at the Bank of the City of Buenos Aires, the judicial deposits will continue to be carried out in the said entity and will remain unified until the extinction of the cases that gave rise to it.

ARTICLE 2° — Amend article 2 of Act 20,785, which shall read as follows:

Article 2: As soon as the state of the case permits, the money, titles and securities taken shall be deposited, as belonging to the case, in the Bank of the Argentine Nation, without prejudice to the disposition, in any state of the case, of the delivery or transfer of such property if appropriate. In the case of cases that have open accounts at the Bank of the City of Buenos Aires at the date of entry into force of the present law; the money, securities and securities that are sequestered shall be deposited in that entity and shall remain unified until the extinction of the causes that gave rise to it.

ARTICLE 3° — Amend article 2 of Act 21.799 to read as follows:

Article 2: Judicial deposits of national and federal courts throughout the country shall be made at the Bank of the Argentine Nation. The funds in foreign currency of the agencies of the national State, as well as of the entities or companies that belong to the national State, are also to be deposited in the Bank of the Argentine Nation, which transfer abroad or keep them deposited in it, when the houses of the bank already installed or installed outside the country can provide the respective service.

ARTICLE 4° — Act No. 16,869.

ARTICLE 5° — This law shall enter into force at thirty (30) days of its publication in the Official Gazette.

ARTICLE 6° — Transitory Clause: The provisions of this Act may not involve loss of employment in any case.

ARTICLE 7° — Contact the national executive branch.
