ARTICLE 1 — Authorize the entry of foreign troops into the national territory and the departure outside it of national forces, as appropriate, to participate in the programme of exercises from 1 September 2012 to 31 August 2013, in accordance with the detailed information in annexes I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, II, XII, XIII, XIV, XV, XVI, XVII, XXIV
