ARTICLE 1 — Créase un Juzgado Federal de Primera Insta con lugar en la ciudad de Pehuajó, provincia de Buenos Aires, con competencia en materia civil, comercial, contencio administrativo, laboral, leyes especial y predictal y en materia criminal y correccional.
ARTICLE 2 — The Federal Court of First Instance of Pehuajó will operate with four (4) secretariats: one (1) secretariat with competence in civil matters; one (1) secretariat with competence in criminal matters; one (1) secretariat with competence in fiscal execution and one (1) secretariat with competence in special laws.
ARTICLE 3o — The court that is created by the present, will have territorial competence in the party of Pehuajó, Carlos Tejedor, Daireaux, Guaminí, General Villegas, Salliqueló, Pellegrini, Trenque Lauquen, Adolfo Alsina, Rivadavia, Carlos Casares, Tres Lomas, Hipólito Yrigoyen and Bolívar.
ARTICLE 4o — Believe one (1) first instance prosecution and one (1) official public defender who shall act before the federal court established by this law.
ARTICLE 5o — The Federal Appeals Chamber of La Plata will be the Court of the High Court established by this law.
ARTICLE 6o — Modify the territorial jurisdiction of the federal courts of Junín, Bahía Blanca and Azul, which, starting with the commissioning of the federal court established by this law, shall cease their powers over the parties specified in Article 3 of this Law.
ARTICLE 7o — Refer to the positions of judges, officials and employees detailed in Annex I as part of this Act.
ARTICLE 8o — This law shall be implemented once the necessary budgetary provision is made for the attention of the expenditure required by its object, which shall be charged to the budget of the Judiciary of the Nation, the Public Prosecutor ' s Office and the Public Ministry of Defence.
ARTICLE 9o — Contact the national executive branch.
