Employees Law 26.833 Proprove the validity of the Additional Emergency Tax on the Final Sale Price of Cigarettes. Sanctioned: November 29, 2012 Promulgated : December 13 of 2012 The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation assembled in Congress, etc. sanction with force of Law:
ARTICLE 1 — Prorrógase hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2013, inclusive, la vigencia del Impuesto Added de Emergency sobre el Precio Final de Venta de Cigarrillos, establece por la ley 24.625 y sus modificación.
ARTICLE 2 — Prorgase during the validity of the Additional Emergency Tax on the Final Sale Price of Cigarettes, or until the sanction of the Federal Co-participation Act which establishes article 75, paragraph 2, of the National Constitution, which occurs first, the distribution of the produced tax provided for in article 11 of Law 25,239, amending Law 24,625.
ARTICLE 3o — The provisions of this law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall have effects on the imponible facts that are perfected from 1 January 2013, inclusive.
ARTICLE 4 — Contact the National Executive.
It is noted that the draft in question was approved by the absolute majority of the entire membership of the Body. (Article 75, Section 3 of the National Constitution).
